The company under sole proprietorship named « Avani – Haccius » (located at Avenue de Florimont 9, 1006 Lausanne, canton of Vaud, Switzerland) (hereinafter « Avani ») operates the www.avani.ch website and offers services thereon.

Hence, Avani has good reason to collect, process and use your data, with it ensuring that all of these operations comply with Swiss law.  The protection of your personal data is particularly important for Avani.   We hereby inform you about the data that www.avani.ch collects, and how they are used.  You will also be told how to ensure the correctness of this information and how to delete data.  Please note that this Declaration of data protection may be changed periodically.  Therefore, we recommend that you regularly read this Declaration of data protection in order to ensure that you are continuously aware of the most recent version.

 

2. Collection, use and processing of personal and professional data

With respect to deletion of data, it is to be noted that we are subject to the legal obligation to retain certain data, with which we must comply. If you want to delete data that are subject to this obligation, we lock such data in our system and we will use them only in relation to the legal obligation of retention.  These data will be deleted in compliance with your request, after the time for retaining them has elapsed.

 

5. Data security

We will keep your data fully secured and, therefore, will take all necessary measures to protect them from any loss, undue access, abuse or other infringements.  Our collaborators and contractual partners that have access to your data are subject to the contractual obligation of confidentiality, and must comply with the legal provisions for data protection.  If, in some situations, it is necessary to transmit your requests to companies that are affiliated with us, your data are processed in strict confidentiality.

Our website contains at least one YouTube Plugin, Youtube being the property of Google Inc, established at LLC 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066 USA. A connection to the YouTube server will occur upon your visit to one of our web pages that contains a YouTube Plugin. These web pages use Plugins of the Tumblr service.  These buttons derive from Tumblr, Inc., 35 East 21st St, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10010, USA.  They are identified by the « Tumblr » term they contain.  With these buttons, it is possible to share a content or page of our site or follow us on Tumblr.

When a user visits a page of our website that contains one of these buttons, a direct link between his browser and the Tumblr server will be created.  The content of the Tumblr button will be transmitted directly to the user’s browser.  Hence, we do not have any influence on the extent of data that Tumblr receives by means of this Plugin, and we inform the user of all the information we have about him.  The user’s IP address is transmitted from our website’s URL through this button only in this situation.  The IP address is not transmitted otherwise, for example, merely by virtue of the button’s presence.

Our web pages use Google AdSense, which is an advertising service provided by Google Inc. (« Google »).
